We sell high-quality picture frames available in a variety of styles, sizes, and materials. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to differences in screens and lighting, colours and finishes may vary slightly from those shown online.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price, error in your order, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. This include prices for our products and shipping costs. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods on our site.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship picture frames to addresses only within Australia. Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days and dispatched shortly thereafter.
The choice of courier service is at our sole discretion. We will always aim to use reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. By default, we authorise our couriers to leave parcels in a safe location at the delivery address (Authority to Leave). If you prefer a signature on delivery, please request this at the time of your order. Choosing the signature-required option may affect delivery timelines.
Missed deliveries: If no one is available to receive the parcel and no safe place is deemed suitable, the item may be taken to a local depot or collection point. In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection. We cannot guarantee a re-delivery attempt, and additional fees may apply if re-delivery is requested and available.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or missed deliveries caused by the courier or events outside our control once an item has been dispatched.
6. Packaging and Shipping Method
To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, each picture frame is carefully packaged and shipped individually. This helps prevent damage during transit and allows us to maintain the highest standard of product protection.
As a result, if you order multiple frames, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days depending on courier handling.
We take great care in packing each frame securely, using protective materials and sturdy boxes designed for fragile items.
7. Returns and Refunds
If your frame arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Custom or personalised frames are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
8. Intellectual Property
The images and photos on our website are the property of Temple Framing. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
For pieces that are valuable, rare, or have significant sentimental or historical value, we strongly suggest consulting a professional framer with expertise in conservation framing.
A professional framer can ensure that your artwork is framed using archival-quality materials and techniques to preserve its condition and prevent damage over time.
We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration to artwork that is framed by the customer independently.
